Senior Director, Clinical Quality

Job overview: Omada is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Quality to build and lead a department-level clinical quality function with end-to-end accountability for the integrity, performance, and continuous improvement of Omada’s clinical programs. This role spans program quality, accreditation, safety, health equity, clinical quality analytics, and the quality infrastructure needed to support current and future cardiometabolic, provider-integrated, and AI-enabled care models. This leader will translate Omada’s future program vision and roadmap into practical systems, governance, monitoring standards, and operating routines that strengthen clinical rigor and improve member outcomes. The role is designed for a senior physician leader who can operate across highly matrixed teams, guide complex decisions, and shape a durable quality operating model for the company. Your Impact: Lead Omada’s Clinical Quality department across program quality, accreditation, safety, health equity, and clinical quality analytics. Own the operational effectiveness of Omada’s clinical quality infrastructure and the quality performance of core programs, including program-level outcomes.
