Privacy without mystery.
Remote Jobs Ace collects only the information needed to operate the job board, communicate with subscribers, review employer requests, and understand whether the product works.
Information you provide
Email subscriptions include your email address, selected interests, consent time, and the page where you subscribed. Employer requests include company and work contact details, role information, remote eligibility, and any notes you submit.
Application-click measurement
When you choose an official application link, we may record the job identifier, company, source page, destination hostname, and event time. The event table does not store your name, email address, resume, or IP address.
Analytics and server logs
We use Google Analytics and standard server access logs to understand traffic, diagnose errors, and protect the service. These systems may process device, browser, approximate location, referrer, and network information under their own retention and privacy controls.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the site, send emails you requested, review employer submissions, report aggregated listing activity, prevent abuse, and improve job matching. We do not sell personal information or candidate resumes.
Sharing and retention
Data may be processed by infrastructure, analytics, email, and payment providers when those services are enabled. We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, accounting, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to unsubscribe, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing remotejobsace@gmail.com. Some security, transaction, and legal records may need to be retained.
External application sites
Job applications occur on employer or ATS websites. Their privacy practices apply once you leave Remote Jobs Ace.
