How this list is chosen

Inclusion is editorial, not paid. A company qualifies when its distributed or remote-first operating model is publicly documented by the company itself. Role counts, worldwide eligibility and pay visibility are recalculated from live listings on every refresh, so a company showing no open roles is showing the truth rather than a stale cache.

Not yet listed: RevenueCat, DuckDuckGo, Doist, Basecamp, HashiCorp. These are remote-first companies worth targeting, but we do not yet track their job boards, so we will not show role counts we cannot verify.
