Vice President, Commercial Operations

Job Overview: We are seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations to own, scale, and continuously improve the operating system that powers Omada’s B2B2C go-to-market engine. This leader will have a proven track record in leading complex commercial operations in a high growth company. They will oversee several core functions—Revenue Operations, Commercial Business Systems, Commercial Effectiveness, Commercial Planning—and will be accountable for delivering a predictable, high performing commercial business field organization, and systems and processes that can scale with the pace and complexity of a public, high-growth company. This role requires a bold, enterprise-minded leader who thrives on solving complex problems that reach across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. You will set multi-year strategies that future-proof Omada’s commercial engine, while cultivating a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
