Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets Position Overview: Omada Health is seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and externally credible Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets to lead and evolve our investor relations function as a public company. This leader will own the development of Omada’s equity story, help shape how the investment community understands our strategy and financial model, and serve as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive team in communicating Omada’s long-term value creation opportunity. The successful candidate will be a persuasive and credible advocate for Omada’s stock while maintaining the highest standards of disclosure discipline. This person will act as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the company externally, bringing deep insight into investor expectations, valuation drivers, shareholder composition, and the questions that shape market perception. The ideal candidate is equally strong in capital markets storytelling, investor engagement, and financial analysis.
