Technical Account Manager Location: US Remote Role Overview Nasuni is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support a portfolio of enterprise customers by driving adoption, platform health, and long-term success. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, helping customers optimize their use of Nasuni’s cloud file data platform across hybrid and cloud environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building strong customer relationships, and working across infrastructure technologies. You will partner closely with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes. This is not a purely strategic or sales-led role—success comes from hands-on engagement, proactive execution, and technical credibility .
