Short-Term Rental Property Manager

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced, high-level Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing short-term rental portfolio. This role requires someone who can operate independently, proactively solve problems, and deliver consistently high guest experiences without direct oversight. Core Responsibilities Guest Experience & Communication Manage all guest messaging from inquiry through checkout Handle issues, complaints, and special requests professionally Maintain 5-star review standards and resolve negative experiences Cleaner & Turnover Management Coordinate cleaning schedules (via Turno or similar) Ensure properties are guest-ready before check-in Communicate directly with cleaners for issues or re-cleans Maintenance & Vendor Coordination Schedule and manage maintenance requests Source and communicate with vendors (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Ensure issues are resolved quickly and cost-effectively Review Management Monitor and respond to guest reviews Attempt to remove unfair or policy-violating reviews Handle guest follow-ups and potential refunds when needed Operations & Optimization Assist with pricing adjustments (via PriceLabs or similar tools) Identify opportunities to improve performance and guest experience Monitor listings and flag any operational issues Key Traits We’re Looking For Highly independent and proactive Strong communication skil...
