People Operations & Talent Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive People Operations & Talent Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience across people operations, recruitment coordination, and HR administration who enjoys improving processes and leveraging AI to work more efficiently.

You'll play a key role in supporting our people function, managing administrative workflows, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring employee documentation is accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day people operations and HR administration.

● Coordinate recruitment activities using our ATS and hiring platforms.

● Prepare and manage employment documentation, contracts, and onboarding

paperwork.

● Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

● Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

● Coordinate document signing and maintain accurate personnel records.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations and leadership.

● Identify opportunities to automate administrative processes using AI and modern

workflows.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

● Has previous experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Talent Operations.

● Has hands-on experience with:

○ Justworks

○ Ashby

○ DocuSign

● Is comfortable using:

○ Slack

○ Gmail

○ Zoom

● Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

● Is highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential employee and salary information.

● Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

● Experience with Ramp.

● Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar frontier AI models.

● Experience creating or managing AI-powered workflows and automations.
