About the Role Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has strong experience with day-to-day finance administration. The successful candidate will support our accounts function by ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Following an initial onboarding period, you'll be expected to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities ● Processing and coding purchase invoices. ● Raising and issuing sales invoices. ● Recording and reconciling financial transactions. ● Managing purchase orders (POs). ● Assisting with general bookkeeping and accounts administration. ● Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero. ● Supporting the Accounts team with ad hoc finance tasks as required. ● Communicating professionally via email with suppliers and internal stakeholders where necessary Requirements Previous bookkeeping or finance administration experience. Strong working knowledge of Xero. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks independently. Good organizational and time management skills.
