Marketing Assistant

Are you a creative, organised marketing professional with experience managing digital content

and social media? We're looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support a growing

psychotherapy practice based in California.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a values-driven team that prioritises kindness,

inclusivity, and meaningful mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

● Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

● Create and edit graphics using Canva

● Edit short-form marketing videos

● Upload and manage blog content in WordPress

● Assist with email marketing campaigns using Kit

● Work with Zapier automations

● Support ongoing marketing initiatives and content creation

● Maintain brand consistency across digital channels

Requirements

● Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management

● Strong Canva skills

● Basic video editing experience

● Experience with WordPress

● Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Kit or similar)

● Knowledge of Zapier is advantageous

● Excellent written English

● Highly organised with great attention to detail

● Comfortable working independently
