About the Company Maison Apothecare is a direct-to-consumer skincare brand founded in 2012, built on homeopathic and botanical formulations focused on skin longevity. The brand has a loyal base of roughly 25,000 customers and a focused 30-SKU collection. It is intentionally D2C-only — the founder previously grew a separate retail brand and wants to avoid the cost and complexity of retail partnerships this time around. Maison Apothecare has taken a backseat to that other brand in recent years, and the founder is now refocused on growing it significantly using the customer base and channels already in place. About the Role The founder has been the strategist, marketer, and operator behind this brand from day one, and is now looking for someone who can genuinely step into that role — not assist with it. This person will be the single point of ownership for turning the brand's existing 25,000-customer base into significantly higher revenue, with real authority to set direction and real accountability for the results. It is a senior, entrepreneurial seat, not an entry point into D2C.
