E-commerce Account Manager

About The Role Our client partners with fast-growing e-commerce brands, providing specialist support that helps businesses scale efficiently. We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager who understands Shopify inside and out and can build strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional account management. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Shopify merchants, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and clients receive outstanding support. You'll combine your technical Shopify knowledge with excellent communication skills to guide clients through store setup, optimisation and ongoing account management.
