Join us as a CRM & Retention Lead and own Zeely’s entire CRM engine — from defining lifecycle strategy to building scalable activation, retention, and monetization flows. In this role, CRM goes far beyond email campaigns and serves as a core product and revenue driver, directly impacting user activation, retention, and monetization across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll have full autonomy over CRM funnels and initiatives, work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Engineering, and Marketing teams, and drive measurable impact on product growth and company revenue. Zeely AI is an all-in-one AI markeing platform that helps small businesses and marketing teams grow faster and achieve their goals through high-performing content and automation. Our platform enables users to create ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and more, as well as launch effective paid and organic campaigns across Meta channels.
