Finance Manager (CPA Required)

FINANCE MANAGER Location: Fully Remote Job Type: Full-Time Strong financial operations don’t just track performance, they drive it. We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can take ownership of our accounting and financial processes, improve reporting speed and accuracy, and support operational decision-making as we scale. We operate across ecommerce and retail, and our finance function plays a critical role in enabling smart, data-driven growth. We believe finance should be proactive, structured, and tightly connected to operations. That’s where you come in. THE ROLE This is an ownership role. You will manage the full accounting cycle, oversee financial reporting, and ensure accuracy across all financial operations. You will work closely with the VP of Operations and play a key role in improving processes, shortening close cycles, and building a scalable finance function. This is not a purely back-office role, you’ll be expected to think analytically, identify inefficiencies, and actively improve how we operate.
