THE OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGY & BUSINESS OPERATIONS We're looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations to take on Tilt's highest-stakes, least-defined problems and drive them to outcomes. You'll sit at the center of our Strategy & BizOps team and move fluidly across corporate strategy, M&A, investor relations, and cross-market business operations — going wherever the company most needs a sharp operator to find the right answer and then make it happen. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who does their best work without a playbook. You'll frame ambiguous, board-level questions, build the analysis and the recommendation, bring executives and cross-functional teams along with you, and then own execution end-to-end, leveraging AI and automation along the way.
