THE OPPORTUNITY: CONTROLLER Tilt is looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations and build the infrastructure to support public company readiness. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you'll lead a team of accountants and be the operational backbone of our finance function, partnering closely with FP&A, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure our financial house is built to last. This is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives on building — someone who wants their fingerprints on how a company scales.
