Director, FP&A

Location: This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. The Opportunity The Director, FP&A is a strategic finance leader responsible for helping Praxis make high-quality decisions that accelerate the development and delivery of life-altering treatments for patients with CNS disorders. This role owns components of enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and resource allocation, partnering closely with leaders across a variety of functions, which may include R&D, Clinical Operations, Commercial and G&A. As Praxis advances multiple late-stage programs toward commercialization, this leader will play a critical role in helping to drive big investment decisions: which programs to accelerate, how to fund the pipeline and what it takes to launch our first products. The role will have direct exposure to the CFO, remainder of executive team and program leadership, and help the organization navigate uncertainty with clarity, rigor and speed. Success requires strong financial expertise, exceptional business judgment, and the ability to influence a flat, highly collaborative organization.
