Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations & Strategy

Location: This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. The Opportunity The Associate Director, Medical Affairs Operations & Strategy is a key strategic and operational leader within Medical Affairs, responsible for enabling the successful execution of Medical Affairs priorities across therapeutic area leadership, field medical, publications, and scientific communications. As a trusted business partner to Medical Affairs leadership, you’ll aid in driving strategic planning, operational excellence, resource management, vendor oversight, and cross-functional execution. You will also partner closely with the therapeutic Area Leads, Head of Field Medical, and Publications team to build the infrastructure, processes, and operating rhythms needed to support a high-performing and scalable Medical Affairs organization – one that executes against its highest-impact priorities.
