Commercial Execution Architect

Location: This is a remote-based role that requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed. The Opportunity Praxis Precision Medicines is entering a pivotal moment as we prepare for commercialization, and how we build and scale capability across the organization will directly impact our success. We are seeking a high-impact Commercial Execution Architect to design, implement, and continuously optimize the capabilities that drive field performance. This role will be responsible for ensuring the field organization is equipped with the right targets, incentives, data, and insights to execute effectively. Working closely with Commercial Leadership, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and external partners, you will play a critical role in enabling successful product launches and building a scalable, high-performing commercial infrastructure. What You’ll Do Lead the development and management of field force KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking to drive accountability and results. Design, implement, and administer incentive compensation plans, including goal setting, payout calculations, and governance. Own quarterly targeting and segmentation processes to ensure optimal deployment of field resources.
