Operations Manager - Guadalajara

OPERATIONS MANAGER, MEXICO Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico THE OPPORTUNITY Overview AI is expanding into Mexico. We've proven our technology with customers across North America and are now building the operational foundation that will support our growth in Mexico. We're looking for our first Operations Manager in the region to help make that happen. This role is about building. You'll establish our office and inventory hub in Guadalajara, implement inventory systems, manage logistics and customs processes, support customer fulfillment, and create the operational infrastructure that allows the business to scale. You'll have significant ownership, direct exposure to company leadership, and the opportunity to build processes from the ground up rather than inherit them.
