We’re rapidly expanding and focused on providing the industry’s most effective and easy-to-deploy AI vision solutions. 📋 POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a talented and adaptable Application Engineer to become our inaugural IC team member in Europe. In this role, you will become an expert in our AI vision inspection cameras, support customer demonstrations pre-sale, and assist with post-sales deployments. This role calls for strong industrial automation expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently and directly with customers. As the dedicated local expert, you will act as the primary technical contact for European customers, ensuring swift and reliable support as well as optimal system performance. 🚀 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT - Maintain and optimize Overview.ai vision inspection cameras across customer sites in Europe - Provide rapid troubleshooting to minimize production downtime
