The GL28 Senior Systems Management Analyst serves as a Program Operations Lead (Agile Practitioner 2) responsible for leading operational execution, delivery tracking, milestone management, complex data interface implementations, client onboarding, claims extract operations, and cross-functional program coordination. This role provides technical leadership, operational oversight, mentoring, process improvement, and strategic support while ensuring successful delivery of client and business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead operational execution and delivery tracking of multi-team programs and data interface implementations
- Consult, analyze, and implement standard and custom claim extract files for client onboarding and vendor integrations
- Lead complex client onboarding efforts including health plans and enterprise implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, release schedules, staffing capacity, and delivery milestones
- Manage ServiceNow requests ensuring complete requirements, quality delivery, and SLA compliance
- Execute testing, quality assurance validation, and data output verification activities
- Manage connectivity setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting between internal systems, clients, and third-party vendors
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, operational issues, and resource constraints
- Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, alignment meetings, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications
- Define, track, analyze, and report operational metrics, service guarantees, and departmental performance indicators
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, budgeting support, and operational reviews
- Drive process improvements, innovation initiatives, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled efficiencies
- Serve as a trainer, mentor, coach, and subject matter expert for analysts and new team members
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Data Interfaces, claims systems, EDMI, prior authorization, and custom development solutions
- Identify solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, client satisfaction, and Net Promoter Scores
- Manage temporary staff during peak periods and coordinate staffing needs with leadership
- Support Agile methodologies, certifications, and strategic business initiatives
- Maintain departmental documentation, process maps, training materials, and knowledge repositories
Leadership Expectations:
- Provide senior-level guidance and escalation support for complex technical and operational issues
- Align operational execution with organizational goals and desired client outcomes
- Influence department strategy through data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement practices

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program delivery, systems management, data operations, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and dependencies
- 2+ years of experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable delivery tracking tools
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Agile, Scrum, or related project delivery certification
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or claims operations environments
- Experience with operational reporting, analytics, and performance management tools

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
