ABOUT THIS ROLE We're hiring a Team Lead in Organic Growth Strategy: someone who can run a small group of Strategists while still owning their own book of clients. The split is 50/50 by design. Leadership here doesn't graduate you out of the work - it's done alongside it, by people who still ship great work themselves. Our Strategy function has scaled to the size where leadership needs to sit close to the work. Team Leads are how we keep quality and team health intact as we grow. You'll be one of two reporting into the Director of Organic Growth Strategy, with a small group of Strategists looking to you for coaching, QA, and direction. This
