ABOUT THIS ROLE We're hiring an Account Manager to own client relationships and drive retention and expansion across a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts. You'll be joining a function that's actively being built, and you'll co-shape what "great" looks like alongside your fellow AMs and our Chief Client Officer. This role is accountable for client retention, net revenue retention, and overall client satisfaction.
