HR Event Specialist

The People Events team is part of the JetBrains People department. We are responsible for organizing internal events both locally in our Belgrade office and company-wide. Our events range from in-person to virtual and hybrid formats, and include celebrations, well-being initiatives, and sports competitions. Additionally, we assist various internal teams with their events – from small gatherings to large conferences – and support a variety of internal projects and cross-team processes. We also develop documentation, guidelines, and governance policies. We’re currently seeking an Event Specialist to join our team in Belgrade! As part of our team, you will: Plan and organize global and local employee events, including the JetBrains birthday celebration, Health Days, the annual summer and winter parties, sports events, and more. Manage event communication and coordination from planning through execution. Conduct post-event evaluations, including cost analysis and feedback collection, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. Manage event budgets and invoicing in collaboration with project leads.
