About the team The Financial Application Development team supports key finance and accounting processes by maintaining reliable internal systems, improving workflows, and helping internal users work effectively with the tools they depend on every day. This role combines hands-on support, technical investigation, system configuration, and user enablement. In this role, you will: Provide internal customer support and technical support to internal users through different communication channels. Investigate issues end to end, identify root causes, and help drive them to resolution. Reproduce bugs and collect the details needed for further technical analysis. Perform changes in our accounting system, including creating new fields, updating email and PDF templates, and adjusting roles and permissions.
