Legal Counsel (Corporate & Intra-Group)

JetBrains is a global technology company that creates intelligent software development tools. Our Legal team plays a crucial role in supporting various departments throughout the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate and Intra-Group Legal team. This is a mid-level role focused on providing legal support for corporate matters across JetBrains’ international operations, both within and outside the EU, and supporting the legal framework among entities within the group. In this role, you will work closely with other legal colleagues and cross-functional teams to support corporate structuring, entity maintenance, and intra-group arrangements. Key responsibilities: Provide legal support for corporate matters relating to JetBrains group entities across various jurisdictions, including EU and non-EU countries. Support the ongoing corporate maintenance of group companies through activities such as corporate approvals, board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, amendments to constitutional documents, director and officer changes, shareholding matters, and other corporate actions. Manage and coordinate corporate legal workstreams, including incorporations, liquidations, reorganizations, changes in ownership structures, capital contributions, intra-group financing arrangements, and other cross-borde
