Senior Project Manager (Finance Department)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive finance-related and company-wide strategic initiatives, while also playing a key role in strengthening our community of project managers (PMs). In this role, you’ll not only lead complex projects but also help create alignment, consistency, and shared learning among PMs – acting as a primus inter pares (first among equals) rather than a formal manager. This role does not include line management responsibilities. What you’ll do Project management Lead multiple large and complex projects, often in parallel. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (both business and technical, internal and external). Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams. Run steering committees and support decision-making processes. Define and maintain project scope, timelines, stakeholders, and budgets. Own project communication, status reporting, and escalations. Keep project documentation accurate and up to date. PM community coordination Act as a coordination point within the project manager community.
