Role Overview The Junior Coding Associate (Contractor) supports IntusCare’s Risk Adjustment team by performing State Encounter coding activities. This role is focused on accurate and compliant coding of assigned encounters under the direction of the Manager of Risk Adjustment and Encounter Coding. This is a task-oriented, entry-level role designed for individuals developing foundational coding skills in a structured, quality-controlled environment.
