YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER SysAdmins Manager in the Product team. As part of Hostinger's Product team, you'll lead the SysAdmin Indonesian team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role — you'll still operate, debug, and ship alongside your engineers (~half your time stays technical), while your other half is spent safeguarding your team's health, hiring world-class people, and putting them in the best position to succeed. Your team runs monitoring shift rotations; you lead and coordinate that coverage but are not personally on a rotating shift or on-call.
