Job Title: Client Implementation & Operations Analyst (B2B / BPO) LOCATION: REMOTE TIME ZONE: US TIME ZONES (EST–PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Client Implementation & Operations Analyst to support the successful setup, configuration, and launch of new B2B client accounts within a BPO/outsourcing environment. This is a full-time, high-accountability role that bridges client onboarding and internal operations, ensuring that all systems, workflows, and reporting are accurately configured before and after go-live. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and highly comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools to deliver a smooth client implementation experience.
