JOB TITLE: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (INSIDE SALES) Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (ESTโ€“PST) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is suited for a seasoned SDR who can independently manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting while serving as a mentor to junior team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach - Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities - Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification - Set and manage sales appointments and product demos - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets - Maintain clean and accurate CRM data - Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies - Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales - Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered - Experience working with U...
