Strategic Finance Leader

Opportunity Overview: Cohere Health is looking for a Strategic Finance Partner in support of its continued growth and margin expansion. This role will be an embedded finance member to a number of operating groups & business unit leaders and will serve as their primary financial contact point. This person will play a critical role in improving the organization’s profitability & scalability, with a specific focus on improving contribution margins across all service lines. What you’ll do: Develop strong and sustainable business relationships with Cohere’s operations, portfolio, clinical, CX teams to gain a deep understanding of the team’s goals & work processes. Ideate, initiate, track, and monitor progress against operational initiatives, milestones, and ongoing work plans associated with improving contribution margin & unit economic targets Lead the financial budgeting, forecasting & operational reporting for all groups in their areas of responsibility. Bring a challenger leadership mentality to current processes to find constructive solutions to optimize efficiencies & cost structures. Ensure each organization is tracking within their expense & headcount budgets.
