Compliance Reporting Program Manager

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a Compliance Reporting Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Compliance, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to ensure reporting requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed accurately and on time. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage reporting workflows, and support the delivery of both recurring and ad hoc reporting in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, highly collaborative environments and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and operational rigor to critical reporting processes. What you’ll do: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting across cross-functional teams Partner with Compliance and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting requests Support report validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes Maintain reporting documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and cross-team coordination What you’ll need: 8+ years of experience
