Opportunity Overview: We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive People Operations Partner (HR Generalist) to join our growing team in India and help shape the employee experience at Cohere Health. In this role, you won’t just manage processes—you’ll own and elevate the entire employee lifecycle , from onboarding through exit, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, thoughtful, and engaging. You’ll play a key role in building a workplace where employees feel supported, empowered, and set up for success from day one.
