Senior Accountant

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Cohere Health finance team. This position will play an integral role on the team, reporting directly to the Controller and broadly to the CFO. You will drive accounting functions, including general ledger accounting and financial reporting, the month-end close process, technical accounting analysis, including ASC 606 for new revenue deals, audit support, and finance operations oversight, including travel & expense, cash management, customer billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. What you’ll do: Calculate and record journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with U.S. GAAP Drive the month-end close cycle, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable, prepaid assets, fixed assets, intangible assets and goodwill, debt, commissions, accruals, leases, and equity Support the annual financial statement audit process Partner with the Cohere India finance team to record intercompany and consolidation entries Perform and document technical accounting analysis, including ASC 606 analysis, and maintain accounting policies Support cust
