The company is scaling quickly and hiring finance professionals globally across investment banking, private equity, FP&A, corporate finance, credit, debt, quant, and financial modeling. We are hiring a part-time Finance Recruiting Operations Specialist to help manage the candidate funnel, conduct candidate calls, coordinate interviews, and keep the hiring process moving across multiple international time zones. This role is ideal for someone with both finance recruiting experience and strong candidate-management skills.
