Position Overview We are seeking a flexible, highly organized Administrative Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support a growing coaching and consulting business serving financial advisors nationwide. This role combines administrative support, client coordination, event support, CRM organization, and operational assistance. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and excited to help build systems and processes within a fast-growing startup-style environment. The role will initially begin part-time with the expectation of quickly transitioning into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support ● Manage calendars, scheduling, and speaking engagements ● Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries ● Ensure scheduling alignment to prevent overbooking and conflicts ● Assist with inbox organization and communication follow-up Client & Relationship Management ● Follow up with prospective and existing coaching clients ● Coordinate communication with financial advisors and industry contacts ● Maintain strong responsiveness and relationship management standards ● Track leads, conversations, and follow-up activity CRM & Systems Support ● Assist in building and organizing a CRM system for the coaching business ● Help evaluate and maintain technology and workflow systems ● Create organizational processes to improve efficien...
