We’re looking for a User Acquisition Specialist who doesn’t just optimize ads, but builds a full-scale growth engine from scratch — from shaping strategy to scaling channels to multi-million-dollar budgets. This role is for someone who wants to influence marketing decisions, work closely with the product team, and contribute to improving processes, rather than simply following predefined instructions. Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale. We already have 1mln+ users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 160 specialists. Your key responsibilities: - Launch and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; - Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, Spend, and LTV; - Generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates, constantly exploring new growth opportunities; - Collaborate closely with creative and design teams: propose new creative ideas and provide feedback based on campaign performance.
