About the Role We’re looking for a VA Onboarding Specialist to ensure every new Virtual Assistant joins Wing with confidence, clarity, and the right tools for success. This role bridges Talent Acquisition, Training, and Operations, guiding new hires from offer acceptance to full deployment. The VA Onboarding Specialist will deliver structured onboarding sessions, handle documentation and system setup, and ensure that each assistant is fully oriented to Wing’s culture, tools, and client-ready standards.
