Customer Service Representative Full time (Wedding Services)

And we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Client business Overview: A Large bridal service business with high volume of brides daily. Heavily women-employed company. Currently producing custom software system. In scale mode expecting significant growth. Goal: Hire a bridal coordinator to manage client workflows, bookings, emails, customer service, and project management for brides throughout their journey with the company. Key Specific Tasks VA will do: Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Dubsado) Email communication and customer service Invoicing and bookings management Tools/Software to use: Dubsado (CRM system) - must have experience or ability to learn quickly Slack - for communication Asana - for task management Qualifications: • At least 3 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representative assisting international clients • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Impeccable interpersonal skills • Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) • Knowledge o...
