And we’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant to start immediately! Client Overview: A small concert booking company in Vancouver that organizes approximately 20 concerts per month. Team of 4-5 founders operating as a cooperative. Did 113 shows in first year, targeting 200 shows in 2026. Client's Industry: Entertainment/Events - Concert Booking and Promotion Client location: Vancouver, Canada Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Manage email and message communications - responding appropriately to inquiries from artists, venues, and contractors 2) Social media management - posting concert posters on Instagram (20 posts/month) 3) Event coordination - posting event links on Eventbrite and managing show databases 4) Potential future task: Reaching out to artists from database to book shows (if performs well initially) Software Tools and Websites Required: 1) Email platform 2) Instagram 3) Eventbrite 4) Artist database system (unspecified) Qualifications: • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant • At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging co...
