Executive Assitant to the CEO

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO as Supabase continues to scale globally. This person will be a trusted partner to the CEO, helping manage time, communication, priorities, travel, follow-through, and key operating rhythms across a fast-moving, remote-first company. This role must be based in an APJ / APAC timezone to provide strong timezone coverage for our CEO and leadership team. You’ll work closely with founders, executives, internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners, ensuring the CEO is prepared, focused, and able to spend time on the highest-impact work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, has strong judgment, and is excited about supporting a developer-focused company building tools that scale to millions.
