Overview: Springboard is launching an online course for aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians who have no prior experience in healthcare. Springboard is looking to hire an engaging Live Instructor with prior experience teaching aspiring Sterile Processing Technicians (CSPTs) preparing for the CRCST exam, and who is able to serve as a founding instructional partner and subject matter expert, helping to shape session structure, pacing, and exam-readiness strategy for a first-time program launch.
