We’re YC-backed and supported by leading Bay-Area VCs. About the Role This isn’t your typical Sales role. If you’re looking for a role where you loop in a Sales Engineer and then pass it on to CS to manage, you should stop reading now. You'll own deals from first conversation to making the customer successful — running discovery, delivering demos, addressing technical queries, helping with instrumentation/dashboards, navigating security/finance/legal evaluations. We're looking for someone who is: - Technical enough to help customers with observability - you'll work directly with customer engineering teams to design their OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategy, customize dashboards, and optimize for their specific use cases. - Product-minded to feed intelligence back to teams - you'll identify patterns in customer engagements and work with product teams to build better defaults, templates, and tooling. - Someone who can scale Sales/CS function - you will build the foundation for Sales/CS function and grow into leadership as we scale.
