Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist Job Purpose: Provide integrated support to patients and physicians by providing a "hands-on" approach to improve the quality of patient care. This is accomplished by developing personalized relationships with patients and prescribers to improve medication adherence and promote evidence-based care. Salary: An employee in this position who performs the job duties in Oregon can expect a salary rate between $125,000-$145,000 (Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $60.00-$69.71 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.) plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
