ROLE OVERVIEW The Forward-Deployed Solutions Lead will sit at the intersection of client success, implementation, healthcare operations, product, and data. This role is responsible for ensuring that health plan clients are successfully implemented, operationalized, and continuously supported in a way that drives measurable recoveries and long-term client value. This is not a traditional customer success role. This person will not simply manage relationships, respond to support tickets, or provide generic account coverage.
