This role requires a blend of technical accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach to performance management, and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and timeliness in customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize team operations and drive continuous improvement, utilizing data analytics to monitor and enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
