You will manage a book of SMB and mid-market accounts (1–16 providers), identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue expansion. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Sales, and Product to maximize account health and deliver additional value to our customers. As the very first Account Manager at Prompt, you’ll also shape the long-term responsibilities of the position and lay the foundation for onboarding future team members as the department scales.
