Product Manager - Percona Monitoring and Management (Remote)

As the Product Manager for Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM), you will own the product strategy and execution for Percona's open source observability platform for databases. You will work closely with engineering, design, product leadership, customers, and the open source community to define the future of PMM. This is a highly technical product role. Our users are database administrators, SREs, platform engineers, DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, and developers who rely on PMM to monitor and optimize mission-critical database environments. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys moving quickly, talking to customers, validating ideas early, and iterating rapidly. This is not a role where you'll spend months writing specifications before shipping. We value experimentation, pragmatism, and delivering customer value.
